Our Services
Pholk Day Care
We provide a full day (9:30am – 3pm) group service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We do not have a specific location as the concept of this service is that we can get everyone out as a group into the community to try a variety of activities, learning life skills, building confidence and gaining social skills. We provide reliable transport to and from a local pick up point.
One-to-One Support
We provide one-to-one support service Monday to Sundays where we can support the support user with various aspects of their daily life out in the community. Hours are negotiable.
Holidays
We provide enjoyable and educational respite holidays for our support user to give them the opportunity to learn independence and life skills whilst visiting a variety of places across the UK. Our holidays also give parents and carers a break from their everyday life.
